The 24th China Ecology Conference, hosted by the Ecological Society of China and organized by Wuhan University, the Wuhan Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Guizhou Normal University, grandly opened in Wuhan, Hubei Province, on October 24, 2025. The conference attracted more than 2,000 young scholars, experts, and industry representatives from universities, research institutes, and enterprises across the country, under the theme of "New Mission of Ecological Science: Ecological Protection, Restoration, and High-quality Development."
