CV-100 Plant Chlorophyll Fluorescence Imaging System
CV-100 Plant Chlorophyll Fluorescence Imaging System has a box-like appearance with built-in multi-band LEDs for light, saturation pulse and reflectance measurements. Based on the machine vision imaging principle for chlorophyll fluorescence imaging, so as to calculate the plant growth, stress, breeding, mutant screening related and other scientific research; light filtering system allows chlorophyll fluorescence band light into the sensor and imaging. Unlike traditional fibre-optic fluorometers that can only make spot measurements, the standard CV-100 has an imaging area of up to 20x20cm, allowing simultaneous fluorescence imaging of multiple samples, whole leaves, or small plant sizes. High-power LEDs provide saturation pulses with an intensity of ≧3000 μmol/m2/s PAR, while the CV-100 offers a variety of different light panels to choose from: 385nm UV, 455nm blue, 530nm green, 660nm red, which is suitable for different photosynthetic organisms, such as plants, algae, mosses, lichens, etc. The CV-100 also offers a temperature control option for the base plate. It also provides the optional function of temperature control of the bottom plate, which can control the temperature in the range of 0-60 degrees Celsius, which is more convenient for detecting the change of photosynthetic capacity of the samples during the temperature stress. Widely used in botany, agronomy, forestry, environmental science and other plant-related fields, it helps to carry out plant growth, stress, breeding, mutant screening and other related disciplines of photosynthesis research for plant physiological and ecological and phenotypic.
