Control Software

Built-in curvature correction, real-time preview, stepless light source brightness adjustment, automatic delayed shooting and voice prompts for easy single-person operation. Root Analysis Software

Allows manual annotation of root images from different time series, supports batch import and processing of complete image sets for easy data browsing and cross-time-series image annotation. Software clearly displays root time series via connector groups, supports root tree line modeling, offers rich editing operations, analyzes parameters like root length, area, tip count, diameter, distribution patterns, live/dead root counts, and allows import/export in RSML or CSV formats.
